Prayer is a vital part of the ministry of St. Andrew’s.  Each week a group gathers on Tuesdays at noon to share, in confidence, the needs of people within the congregation and the community at large.  It is a special time of quiet reflection and sacred connection with God as we offer our concerns before God.  A prayer request can be given by calling the office or Rev. Karen at any time.  The request is held strictly in confidence but we believe that God works mightily and mysteriously through prayer.  You do not have to be a member or associated with the congregation to make such a request so do not hesitate to give us a call with any prayer need you may have.

Each Sunday we will be taking the opportunity to pray for each other, as we gradually pray for all the households in our congregation. In addition a prayer corner has been established in the Sanctuary and requests for prayer can be left on post-it notes on the cross. This group also maintains a list of those who need confidential prayer and those noted in the weekly bulletin for daily devotionals.
