MARSHALL MARTIN

Marshall has been at St. Andrew's since 1994 as the Director of Music. He is a member of The Royal Canadian College of Organist. He attended Tyndale College in-the Church Music Program with organ studies at St. James' Cathedral in Toronto. His first three years at St. Andrew's were spent overseeing the complete restoration and enlargement of the four manual 1921 Casavant pipe organ.
The music ministry at St. Andrew's has a varied program with two goals in mind - to support the ministry of the Word and to enhance our worship experience. The Sanctuary Choir forms the cornerstone of this program, with weekly rehearsals and leadership in the 10:30 a.m. service ten months of the year. They also participate in several special services and event during the choir season. The Handbell Choir was founded in 1967 and consists of three octaves of bells. In addition to these groups, we also have Higher Ground, a contemporary ensemble, the Junior/Youth choir and also Worship Teams for the 9:00 a.m. service. Anyone interested in being a part of the music ministry, please contact Marshall at the church. Some music reading ability is appreciated.

ASHLEY BRAMMER

Ashley started as a custodian at St. Andrew's in 1989. A conscientious worker, he has kept the church clean and in good condition since then. In 2007 he decided he wanted to spread his wings in another direction so he started long distance truck driving. However, in 2009 he returned to St. Andrew's when the opportunity presented itself. We at the church depend upon his expertise when it comes to keeping the church building in tip-top shape.
Ashley delights in his son. He enjoys riding motorcycles and keeping the church clean and spotless.
At the present time, he has received a new title - that of Property Manager. Ashley aims to please and will help out where and when he can. He is a great asset to our church.

MURRAY (MURPH) RODGERS

He has been involved in youth ministry for over 20 years and worked for seven years with Youth For Christ in Mississauga. He keeps himself busy with a family consisting of two boys and his wife, Jennifer. To keep himself out of mischief, he has a painting business. He tells us that it keeps him in money to buy his wife flowers, art supplies for his boys and other miscellaneous things.
Murph enjoys his work with the children and often brings his guitar and harmonica to sing to everyone. He also enjoys performing musical and sketch comedy with his friend, Kevin.
